fa ادله قرآنی و روایی تأثیرات تعامل فقه و تربیت در ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></h1> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">این تحقیق در صدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که تأثیرات تعامل دو عرصه فقه و تربیت در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی یک مسلمان، از دیدگاه قرآن کریم و احادیث کدام‌اند. بررسی توصیفی تحلیلی این مسئله گویای آن است که تربیت و پرورش همه‌جانبه انسان از نیازهای اساسی اوست و انسان در پرتو تربیت صحیح به کمال مطلوب خویش نائل می‌آید. شریعت نیز جایگاه ویژه‌ای در زندگی انسان دارد و مجموعه‌ای از بایدها و نبایدها زندگی او را احاطه کرده است. پیشرفت زندگی بشر در عصر کنونی و تحولات فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن، موجب شده نیازهای بشر شکل جدیدی به خود گیرد. شریعت به‌منظور پاسخگویی به نیازهای انسان رسالتی نوین پیدا کرده است. نیازهای انسان از ایفای نقش در محدوده زندگی فردی انسان فراتر رفته و شریعت می‌بایست پاسخگوی نیازهای انسان در همه ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی باشد. جایگاه و نقش فقه در ابعاد مختلف جسمی، روحی، عقلی انسان بر مبنای اصولی چون عبودیت، اختیار و آزادی، موجب اثرگذاری فقه و شریعت در تمامی ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی تربیت انسان شده و او را به کمال انسانیت خویش نزدیک می‌نماید.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span> <strong>Abstract</strong><br> This research seeks to answer the question of what are the effects of the interaction between the two fields of jurisprudence and education on the individual and social life of a Muslim, from the perspective of the Holy Quran and hadiths. Analytical-descriptive review of this issue shows that the comprehensive education of man is one of his basic needs and man achieves his desired perfection in the light of proper education. Shari&#39;a also has a special place in human life and a set of do&#39;s and don&#39;ts surrounds his life. The development of human life in the present age and its cultural and social changes have caused human needs to take a new form. The Shari&#39;a has found a new mission to meet human needs. Human needs go beyond playing a role in the individual life of man and the Shari&#39;a must meet the needs of man in all individual and social dimensions.
