fa حقوق شوهر بر عهده زن در آیه 34 سوره نساء بر اساس مقایسه تفاسیر شیعه و اهل سنت با تفسیر المیزان Husband's rights over wife in verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa' based on the comparison of Shia and Sunni interpretations with the interpretation of Al-Mizan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده حقوق متقابل زن و شوهر از مسائلی است که در سوره نساء بیان شده و تفاسیر شیعه و اهل سنت اصول مشترکی را ذیل آیات مطرح کرده‌اند. بررسی نظرات مفسران متقدم تا عصر حاضر و مقایسه آنها با المیزان بیانگر آن است که نظرات علامه طباطبایی متمایز از دیگران، کاربردی و منطبق بر عصر حاضر است. بیشتر مفسران وجوب اطاعت زن را اطاعت الهی دانسته‌اند، ولی علامه آن را اطاعت زن از شوهر بیان کرده است. حفظ اسرار و اموال همسر از دیدگاه غالب مفسران و علامه به معنای حفظ حقوق شوهران دانسته شده و تمامی مفسران نافرمانی نکردن زن در مقابل شوهر را جزء وظایف زن دانسته‌اند. سه مرحله بازداری زن از نافرمانی در قرآن طبق نظر غالب مفسران بر اساس «پند و اندرز»، «هجر» و «زدن» بیان شده که در مورد «هجر» برخی مفسران آن را به معنای «دوری از بستر» گرفته‌اند؛ حال آنکه علامه طباطبایی و برخی آن را به معنای «قهر و دوری» دانسته‌اند. «زدن»‌ تنبیهی آرام است که موجب تحت تأثیر قرار گرفتن عواطف زن و در نتیجه فرمان‌برداری وی می‌گردد و مرد در صورت تأثیرپذیری زن، حق هیچ‌گونه تعرضی به زن ندارد. این مقاله با سامان دادن دیدگاه‌های مفسران ذیل آیات سوره نساء با روش گردآوری کتابخانه‌ای و شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرداخته و نظرات آنان را با علامه طباطبایی مقایسه کرده است. Abstract Reciprocal rights of husband and wife is one of the issues mentioned in Surah An-Nisa 'and Shia and Sunni interpretations have presented common principles in interpreting the verses. Examining the opinions of early commentators until the present age and comparing them with Al-Mizan shows that Allameh Tabatabai's views are different from others, practical and in accordance with the present era. Most commentators have considered the obligation of a woman's obedience to be divine obedience, but Allameh has stated that a woman's obedience to her husband. Protecting the secrets and property of the spouse from the view of majority of commentators and Allameh means protecting the rights of husbands and all the commentators have considered the disobedience of the wife to the husband as one of the duties of the wife. According to the majority of commentators, the three stages of preventing women from disobeying are stated in the Quran based on "admonition", "leave" and "hitting"; In the case of "leave", some commentators have interpreted it as "away from the bed"; while, Allameh Tabatabai and some have considered it to mean "anger and distance". "Beating" is a Mild punishment that affects a woman's emotions and, as a result, makes her obedient and the man has no right to violate the woman if she is affected.
